Do you provide site visits before giving a final quotation?

Yes! For construction projects, our civil engineers conduct an initial plot and topographical inspection to assess slope gradients, access roads, and soil conditions before finalizing structural calculations and BOQ pricing.

How does your milestone-based payment structure work?

We operate on strictly staged milestone contracts (e.g. Substructure, Ground Floor Slab, 1st Floor Slab, Roof & Brickwork, MEP & Finishes). Payments are only due upon verified completion and joint site inspection of each milestone.

Do you handle Municipal Council and UDA approvals?

Yes. Our chartered engineers and licensed architects prepare complete compliant drawing sets, structural stability certificates, and coordinate directly with local municipal bodies in Kandy, Colombo, Gampaha, and island-wide.
